中文摘要: 以猕猴桃溃疡菌为研究对象,考察了苍耳叶提取物对该菌的抑制作用及抑菌机理。试验结果表明,苍耳叶的乙 醇提取物对猕猴桃溃疡菌的抑菌活性最强,其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为 50 μg/mL;浓度高于 100 μg/mL 时,对溃疡菌细胞 壁的完整性造成破坏,引起猕猴桃溃疡菌菌内分子如糖、蛋白质、核酸外泄,从而达到抑菌、杀菌的作用。

Abstract:Action mechanism and antimicrobial effect of extraction of Xanthium sibiricum Patr.leaf against the Pseudomonas syringae pv·Actinidiae were studied. The results showed that ethanol extraction of Xanthium sibiricum Patr.leaf showed the strongest antibacterial activity, the minimum inhibitory concentration of it against the Pseudomonas syringae pv·Actinidiae was 50 μg/mL, the completeness of cytoderm was destroyed and the permeability of bacterial cell membrane was increased in the presence of extraction of Xanthium sibiricum Patr. leaf when its concentration exceed 100 μg/mL, which caused transudation of sugar, protein and nucleic acid, that was the antimicrobial mechanism of extraction of Xanthium sibiricum Patr.leaf.
