中文摘要: 通过分析火焰原子吸收光谱法测定面粉中铜含量的过程,建立数学模型,对数学模型中各个参数进行不确定 度来源分析,对各不确定度分量合成和扩展,得到火焰原子吸收法测定面粉中铜的不确定度评定。结果表明:火焰原子 吸收法测定面粉中铜含量的不确定度的主要来源是标准溶液的配制和测量重复性。
Abstract:The content of copper in flour was determined by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS), establish mathematical model,each parameter in mathematic model was analyzed.To obtain the uncertainty evaluation,each uncertainty component was synthesized and extended.The results showed that the major source of the uncertainty in the method was the standard curve and repetition of determination.
