中文摘要: 利用 HPLC 法对 9 种医用真菌中麦角硫因的含量进行测定。采用 Kromasil 100-5NH2 色谱柱,以乙腈:5 mmol/L 醋酸铵(80 ∶ 20,体积比)为流动相,在 254nm 波长下测定麦角硫因的含量。所用方法简便、准确,测得 9 种真菌中麦角硫 因含量范围为 0.000 0 %~0.064 1 %。9 种真菌中麦角硫因的含量差异较大,其中以灵芝中含量最高,本研究为该稀有氨 基酸的开发提供了新的方向。
Abstract:Ergothioneine in nine species of fungi were determined by HPLC. The samples were analyzed by kromasil 100-5 NH2 column with elution (acetomitrile-5 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution (80 ∶ 20, volume ratio) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. The method was simple and reliable. The contents of ergothioneine in fungi were in the range of 0.000 0 %-0.064 1 %. The hightest content occurred in lucid ganoderma. This study supplied a new train of thought to the development and utilization of ergothioneine.
