中文摘要: 建立了 GC-MS 法测定茶叶中常见的 3 种有机磷农药残留分析方法。茶叶样品采用乙腈浸泡,超声振荡,活性 炭吸附色素, 氮吹仪浓缩,NH2 固相萃取柱净化后供气质联用仪检测分析。 本方法对 3 种有机磷农药的回收率范围为
84.23 %~87.55 %,检出限为 0.020 mg/kg~0.035 mg/kg,相对偏差(RSD)为 4.2 %~5.1 %。
Abstract:The determination detection method of three common sorts of organophosphorus pesticide residues in tea was established by GC-MS. The tea sample was soaked with acetonitrile, oscillated by ultrasonic unit, used charcoal for absorbed pigments, concentrated by nitrogen analyzer, purified through NH2 SPE, then detected and analyzed via GC-MS. The results showed that the recoveries of these three common pesticides were between 84.23 % -87.55 % , the method detection limits were in the ranged of 0.020 mg/kg -0.035 mg/kg, and the relative standard deviations(RSDs) were in the ranged of 4.2 %-5.1 %.
