中文摘要: 基因检测方法以其快速、高效、灵敏、准确的特点而广泛应用在植物油真实性和转基因成分鉴定中。但植物油 大都经过精制加工,DNA 含量极少且完整度低,这对植物油的基因提取和检测造成了极大的困扰。本文对植物油 DNA 提取和基因检测进展进行了综述,并对以后的发展进行了展望,以期为研究者提供一定的理论参考。

Abstract:Methods for gene detection have been widely used in the authentication and GMO detection for vegetable oils because of their rapidity, efficiency, sensitivity and accuracy. While, as for vegetable oils, the low quantity and integrity of DNA caused by being refined increase the difficulties of DNA extraction and gene detection. In this paper, we review the progress of DNA extraction and gene detection for vegetable oils and make some respect for their future, so as to provide theoretical reference for the researchers in some degree.
