中文摘要: 利用非线性化学指纹图谱、色谱、质谱、酶联免疫、近红外、色谱-质谱联用等技术对调味品、饮料、啤酒大麦、蜂 蜜、羊奶与牛奶等食品掺假进行检测和鉴别,通过比较,非线性化学指纹图谱技术是一种对样本进行整体分析或综合分 析的一种新方法,拥有操作简单,无需样本处理和重现性好等优点。

Abstract:In this paper, the nonlinear chemical fingerprint technology, chromatography, mass spectrometry, enzyme-linked immune, near infrared, chromatography-mass spectrometry technology were used to detect and identify adulteration in food, such as beverages, beer barley, honey, goat milk and cow milk. In contrast, nonlinear chemical fingerprint technology is a kind of new method based on holistic analysis or comprehensive analysis, and it possesses many advantages, such as simple operation, without sample pretreatment, good reproducibility and so on.
