中文摘要: 为探究大米中两种预处理方法对镉含量测定的影响。采用微波消解法和湿法消解法两种预处理方法对大米 中的镉含量进行测定,通过精密度和回收率试验可以看出微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法更好。测定稻米中的镉含量0.063 2 mg/kg,回收率为 98.4 %,RSD 为 0.15 %。最优试验条件为 0.5 mol/L 硝酸,硝酸+硫酸+过氧化氢消解法,20 g/L 磷 酸二氢铵作为基体改进剂,原子化温度为 1700℃,灰化温度为 380℃。该方法结果准确,操作安全,可在实际检测中应用。

Abstract:To explore the two determination of cadmium content in rice the effect of pretreatment method. Two pretreatment methods of cadmium in rice were determined by microwave digestion and wet digestion method, The precision and recovery rate experiment showed that microwave digestion graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was better. 0.063 2 mg/kg determination of cadmium content in rice, the rate of recovery was 98.4 %, RSD 0.15 %. The optimal experimental conditions for 0.5 mol/L nitric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide digestion method, 20 g/L ammonium hydrogen phosphate as matrix modifier, atomization temperature was 1 700 ℃, ashing temperature was 380 ℃. The method is accurate, safe operation, and can be used in the actual detection.
