中文摘要: 测定核桃花中 Fe、Mn、Zn 微量元素含量。采用火焰原子吸收光谱法。全程加标平均回收率为 95.0 %~101.0 %, RSD 为 0.0 %~3.6 %,结果加标平均回收率为 100.1 %~100.7 %,RSD 为 0.2 %~2.0 %。核桃花的花朵中 Fe、Zn 的含量比核 桃花的枝干高,核桃花的花朵中 Mn 的含量比核桃花的枝干低。
Abstract:Determination of the Fe, Mn, Zn in the walnut flower by Flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The pretreatment process was reliable with the average recovery between 95.0 %-101.0 % , and RSD<3.6 % , in addition, the determination process also showed a high accuracy with the recovery between 100.1 %-100.7 %, RSD was 0.2 %-2.0 %. The content of Fe, Zn in the flower was higher than them in the branch, while the Mn was lower in the flower of the walnut flower.
