中文摘要: 建立 HPLC 测定撑篙竹竹叶中异牡荆苷的含量。采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Z0RBAX SB-C18(2.1 mm× 100 mm,3.6 μm),甲醇(A)-0.1 %冰醋酸水溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱(0 min~3 min,85 %~70 % B;3 min~6 min,70 %~55 % B;6 min~9 min,55 %~35 % B;9 min~12 min,35 %~35 % B;12 min~15 min, 35 %~70 %B;15 min~18 min,70 %~85 %B),流速 0.6 mL/min,检测波长 340 nm,柱温 30 ℃。异牡荆苷在 1.733 1 μg/mL~10.832 0 μg/mL 呈良好的线 性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为 98.01 %,RSD1.02 %,试验测得异牡荆苷的含量为 2.928 5 mg/g。
Abstract:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of isovitexin in Bambusa Pervariabilis McClure Leaves. The method was applied with ZORBAX SB-C18 column (2.1 mm×100 mm, 3.6 μm), the mobile phase consisted of methanol(A)-(0.1 %)aqueous acetic acid(B), with an optimized gradient program of 0 min-3 min,85 %-70 % B;3 min-6 min,70 %-55 % B;6 min-9 min,55 %-35 % B;9 min-12 min,35 %-35 % B; 12 min-15 min, 35 %-70 %B;15 min-18 min, 70 %-85 %B,the flow rate was 0.6 mL/min, the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃ and the UV detection wavelength was set at 340 nm. The linear in the range of 1.733 1 μg/mL-10.832 0 μg/mL (r=0.999 6),the average recovery of isovitexin was 98.01 %,RSD1.02 %, the content of isovitexin was 2.928 5 mg/g.
