中文摘要: 建立 HPLC 测定撑篙竹竹叶中异牡荆苷的含量。采用反相高效液相色谱法，色谱柱：Z0RBAX SB-C18（2.1 mm× 100 mm，3.6 μm），甲醇（A）-0.1 %冰醋酸水溶液（B）为流动相，梯度洗脱（0 min~3 min，85 %~70 % B；3 min~6 min，70 %~55 % B；6 min~9 min，55 %~35 % B；9 min~12 min，35 %~35 % B；12 min~15 min， 35 %~70 %Ｂ；15 min~18 min，70 %~85 %Ｂ），流速 0.6 mL/min，检测波长 340 nm，柱温 30 ℃。异牡荆苷在 1.733 1 μg/mL~10.832 0 μg/mL 呈良好的线 性关系（r=0.999 6），平均回收率为 98.01 %，RSD1.02 %，试验测得异牡荆苷的含量为 2.928 5 mg/g。
Abstract:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of isovitexin in Bambusa Pervariabilis McClure Leaves. The method was applied with ZORBAX SB-C18 column （2.1 mm×100 mm， 3.6 μm）， the mobile phase consisted of methanol（Ａ）-（0.1 %）aqueous acetic acid（B）， with an optimized gradient program of 0 min-3 min，85 %-70 % B；3 min-6 min，70 %-55 % B；6 min-9 min，55 %-35 % B；9 min-12 min，35 %-35 % B； 12 min-15 min， 35 %-70 %Ｂ；15 min-18 min， 70 %-85 %Ｂ，the flow rate was 0.6 mL/min， the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃ and the UV detection wavelength was set at 340 nm. The linear in the range of 1.733 1 μg/mL-10.832 0 μg/mL （r=0.999 6），the average recovery of isovitexin was 98.01 %，RSD1.02 %， the content of isovitexin was 2.928 5 mg/g.
