中文摘要: 植物多糖作为具有显著生物活性(如抗氧化、抗肿瘤、免疫调节等)的天然生物大分子,其高效提取与功能开发是当前研究热点。该文系统综述植物多糖的提取技术(如浸提法、酶解法、超声波/微波辅助提取法等)与分离纯化技术(如凝胶色谱、离子交换色谱等)的原理与研究进展。在此基础上,深入探讨植物多糖在抗氧化、抗衰老、调节胃肠道功能、免疫调节、抗肿瘤以及调节血糖和血脂等方面的生物活性及其作用机制。最后,该文对面临的挑战与机遇进行总结,并展望植物多糖在食品、医药等领域的应用前景,旨在为植物多糖资源的深度开发、高效利用及功能产品创制提供理论参考。
Abstract:Plant polysaccharides serve as natural biomacromolecules with significant biological activities (e.g.,antioxidant,antitumor,and immunomodulatory effects). Their efficient extraction and functional development are current research hotspots. In this paper,the principles and research progress of extraction technologies (e.g.,maceration,enzymatic hydrolysis,and ultrasound/microwave-assisted extraction) and separation and purification technologies (e.g.,gel chromatography and ion exchange chromatography) for plant polysaccharides were systematically reviewed. On this basis,the biological activities,including antioxidant,anti-aging,gastrointestinal function regulation,immunomodulation,antitumor,and blood glucose/lipid regulation,as well as their underlying mechanisms,were discussed in depth. Finally,the challenges and opportunities were summarized,and the application prospects of plant polysaccharides in food and pharmaceutical fields were prospected. This study aimed to provide a theoretical reference for the in-depth development,efficient utilization,and functional product creation of plant polysaccharide resources.
