中文摘要: 该研究选取8个发育时期的南酸枣叶片作为试验材料,通过超声辅助提取多糖,并通过测定多糖含量、单糖组成和抗氧化活性来探究南酸枣叶片在不同生长阶段的动态变化规律。结果表明:南酸枣叶片总糖含量为22.41%~34.16%,随发育进程整体呈先下降后上升的趋势,而糖醛酸含量在各时期无显著差异(P>0.05);多糖的单糖组成以甘露糖、鼠李糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖和木糖为主,其中葡萄糖的相对物质的量比最高,且其含量变化最为显著;甘露糖和木糖含量变化相对稳定。抗氧化活性分析显示,t1时期(萌芽期)和t8时期(衰老期)的多糖表现出较强的抗氧化能力。
Abstract:This study selected Choerospondias axillaris leaves from eight developmental stages as experimental materials.Polysaccharides were extracted by an ultrasound-assisted method,and their dynamic changes across growth stages were investigated through polysaccharide content determination,monosaccharide composition analysis,and antioxidant activity evaluation.The results demonstrated that total polysaccharide content in Choerospondias axillaris leaves from 22.41%to 34.16%,exhibiting an overall decreasing-then-increasing trend during ontogeny,whereas uronic acid content showed no significant variation among different stages(P>0.05).Monosaccharide composition was dominated by mannose,rhamnose,glucose,galactose,and xylose,with glucose presenting the highest relative molar ratio and most pronounced content fluctuation;the content of mannose and xylose remained relatively stable. Antioxidant analyses revealed that polysaccharides from t1(germination stage)and t8(senescence stage)exhibited relatively strong antioxidant activity.
