蓝靛果复合制剂对高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢的影响

中文摘要: 为研究蓝靛果复合制剂(Lonicera caerulea compound preparation,LAC)对高脂血症大鼠的降血脂作用及其对肠道菌群的影响,将30只SD大鼠随机分为6组:空白对照组、高脂血症模型组、辛伐他汀阳性对照组及蓝靛果复合制剂低、中、高剂量组。给药28 d后测定并记录大鼠的体质量数据及生理生化指标,并进行肠道菌群检测。结果显示:与模型组相比,LAC各剂量组血脂四项水平、脏器组织形态、抗氧化功能及脂代谢相关酶和标志物水平均出现不同程度的改善,各给药组肠道菌群Romboutsia、Lactobacillus、Blautia等有益菌属的相对丰度均有不同程度的上调,提高了肠道环境有益菌群的丰富度,与模型组大鼠菌群出现明显差异。因此,该液态制剂能够从多方面明显改善高脂血症大鼠的血脂水平,调节肠道菌群紊乱并上调有益菌属的相对丰度。
Abstract:To investigate the effects of Lonicera caerulea compound preparation(LAC)on blood lipid levels and intestinal flora in the rat model of hyperlipidemia,thirty SD rats were randomized into six groups:blank control,model(hyperlipidemia),simvastatin(positive control),and low-,medium-,and high-dose LAC groups.After 28 days of administration,the body mass and physiological and biochemical indexes were measured,and the intestinal flora was analyzed.The results showed that compared with the model group,the LAC groups with different doses showed recovery to varying degrees in terms of the levels of four blood lipids,organ tissue morphology,antioxidant function,and the levels of lipid metabolism-related enzymes and markers.Additionally,each administration group showed increased relative abundance of beneficial bacteria such as Romboutsia,Lactobacillus,and Blautia in the intestinal flora to different extents,which improved the richness of beneficial bacteria in the intestinal environment,showing significant differences from the intestinal flora of rats in the model group.Therefore,this liquid preparation can significantly improve the blood lipid levels of hyperlipidemic rats in many aspects,regulate intestinal flora disorders,and increase the relative abundance of beneficial bacterial genera.
