中文摘要: 以NaCl为提取剂,提取脱脂后的辣木仁得到脱脂辣木仁盐提液,采用双缩脲法、紫外-可见吸收光谱法、红外吸收光谱法及圆二色光谱法进行鉴定及结构表征。结果表明:该提取物是等电点为pH5.30且具有旋光性的辣木仁蛋白。以辣木仁蛋白为吸附剂,分析其加入量和吸附时间分别对100 mL 0.5 mg/L Cu2+、Cr3+和Mn2+吸附效果的影响。结果表明:当加入1 mL 50.0 g/L脱脂辣木仁盐提液至100 mL 0.5 mg/L Cu2+溶液中,吸附时间为15 min时,吸附率为26.62%,吸附效果最佳;当加入1 mL 5.0 g/L脱脂辣木仁盐提液,吸附15 min时,吸附Cr3+的效果最佳,吸附率为29.33%;当加入1 mL 10.0 g/L脱脂辣木仁盐提液,吸附90 min时,吸附Mn2+的效果最佳,吸附率为37.40%。

Abstract:With NaCl as an extracting agent,salt extract of Moringa oleifera(Lam)after removal of oil was obtained.The biuret method,ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy,infrared absorption spectroscopy,and circular dichroism spectroscopy were used to characterize this salt extract.The result suggested that this salt extract was Moringa oleifera(Lam)protein with optical activity and isoelectric point position at pH5.30.With Moringa oleifera(Lam)protein as an adsorbent,the influence of its addition amount and adsorption time on the adsorption effects of Cu2+,Cr3+,and Mn2+ was studied.The results showed that when 1 mL salt extract of Moringa oleifera(Lam)of 50.0 g/L after removal of oil was added to 100 mL Cu2+solution of 0.5 mg/L for 15 min,the highest adsorption rate of 26.62% was achieved.When 1 mL salt extract of Moringa oleifera(Lam)kernel of 5.0 g/L after removal of oil was added to 100 mL Cr3+ solution of 0.5 mg/L for 15 min,the highest adsorption rate of 29.33% was achieved.When the concentration of the salt extract of Moringa oleifera(Lam)kernel of 10 g/L after removal of oil was added to 100 mL Mn2+ solution of 0.5 mg/L for 90 min,the highest adsorption rate of 37.40% was achieved.
