中文摘要: 该研究通过建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)法测定畜禽肉中16种稀土元素。样品经微波消解处理,采用内标法定量。在最佳仪器工作条件(射频功率1 600 W、等离子气流量18.0 L/min、辅助气流量1.2 L/min、雾化气流量1.06 L/min、蠕动泵速度20 r/min)下,16种稀土元素浓度为0~20 μg/L时,线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999;各元素检出限为0.05~0.30 μg/kg,回收率为82.4%~106.7%,相对标准偏差为0.11%~5.56%;国家标准参考物质GBW10018(鸡肉)中16种稀土元素测定值与标准参考值相吻合。综上,该方法样品处理简单、检测灵敏度高,适用于畜禽肉中16种稀土元素的测定。

Abstract:An inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method was established for the determination of 16 rare earth elements (REEs) in livestock and poultry meat.The samples were treated by microwave digestion and qualified by ICP-MS using the internal standard method.Under the optimal instrument conditions (radio frequency power:1 600 W,plasma gas flow rate:18.0 L/min,auxiliary gas flow rate:1.2 L/min,atomization gas flow rate:1.06 L/min,peristaltic pump speed 20 r/min),the 16 rare earth elements exhibited good linearity,with the correlation coefficients all greater than 0.999,when the concentration range was 0-20 μg/L.The limits of detection (LODs) ranged from 0.05 to 0.30 μg/kg.The spiked recovery rates were 82.4%-106.7%,and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 0.11% to 5.56%.The measured values of 16 rare earth elements in chicken,as specified in the national standard reference material GBW10018,were consistent with the standard reference values.In conclusion,the method has simple sample processing and high detection sensitivity,and is suitable for the determination of 16 rare earth elements in livestock and poultry meat.
