中文摘要: 为筛选适宜温室种植的赏食兼用百合品种,明确鳞茎品质评价的关键影响因子,该研究测定14份温室种植百合鳞茎的营养成分(水分、干物质、蛋白质、可溶性糖、淀粉、钾)和活性成分(多糖、总酚、总黄酮、总皂苷、总生物碱)含量,并采用主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)和聚类分析对其品质特征进行综合评价。结果表明,不同百合品种鳞茎的营养及功能成分含量存在明显差异,总皂苷含量、可溶性糖含量和蛋白质含量的变异系数较大,总酚含量、水分含量和多糖含量的变异系数较小。主成分分析提取的前4个主成分累积方差贡献率为80.454%,综合品质得分排名为‘小亲密’>兰州百合>卷丹>‘埃洛迪’>‘玫红星’>‘橙色阳光’>大花卷丹>‘小姐妹’>‘帝王黄’>‘红妆’>‘粉红飞行’>‘松花岭’>‘红双喜’>‘私语’。聚类分析将14个百合品种分为4类:兰州百合与‘小亲密’聚为一类,在可溶性糖、总酚、总黄酮、总皂苷、多糖含量方面表现优异;‘私语’、‘小姐妹’、‘红双喜’和‘红妆’聚为一类,其淀粉和干物质含量较高;‘橙色阳光’、‘松花岭’、‘埃洛迪’、大花卷丹和‘帝王黄’聚为一类,‘橙色阳光’在多糖含量上具有显著优势;‘玫红星’、‘粉红飞行’和卷丹聚为一类。
Abstract:The lily varieties suitable for both ornamental and edible purposes under greenhouse cultivation were screened and the key factors influencing the quality evaluation of lily bulbs were identified. The contents of nutritional components (moisture, dry matter, protein, soluble sugar, starch, and potassium) and active components (polysaccharides, total phenols, total flavonoids, total saponins, and total alkaloids) of bulbs from 14 greenhouse-cultivated lily varieties were measured. Principal component analysis(PCA) and cluster analysis were employed to comprehensively evaluate the quality characteristics of these varieties. The results indicated significant differences in the content of nutritional and active components in bulbs among different lily varieties. The coefficients of variation for soluble sugar, protein, and total saponins were high, while those for total phenols, moisture, and polysaccharides were low. The cumulative variance contribution rate of the first four principal components extracted by PCA was 80.454%. The comprehensive quality ranking of different varities was as follows: ′Tiny Double You′>Lilium davidii var. unicolor>L. lancifolium Ker Gawl.>′Elodie′>′Trendy Dakota′>′Cheng Se Yang Guang′>L. leichtlinii var. maximowiczii>′Tiny Double Dutch′>′Kingsville′>′Armandale′>′Pink Flight′>′Song Hua Ling′>′Red Twin′>′Easy Whisper′. Cluster analysis classified the 14 lily varieties into four groups: L. davidii var. unicolor and ′Tiny Double You′ clustered together, exhibiting superior performance in multiple indicators such as soluble sugar, total phenols, total flavonoids, total saponins, and polysaccharides. ′Easy Whisper′, ′Tiny Double Dutch′, ′Red Twin′, and ′Armandale′ clustered together, showing higher starch and dry matter content than other varieties. ′Song Hua Ling′, ′Cheng Se Yang Guang′, ′Elodie′, L. leichtlinii var. maximowiczii, and ′Kingsville′ clustered together, with ′Cheng Se Yang Guang′ showing significantly higher polysaccharide content. ′Trendy Dakota′, ′Pink Flight′, and L. lancifolium Ker Gawl. clustered together.
