视觉疲劳引起认知疲劳的研究进展及天然提取物的抗疲劳作用

中文摘要: 高强度用眼活动导致的视觉疲劳会引起认知疲劳,而膳食补充特定活性成分或可成为缓解此类疲劳的有效策略。为此,如何有效预防视觉疲劳与认知疲劳的发生并探索快速恢复的方法,近年来引起了广泛的关注。该文阐述视觉疲劳引发认知疲劳的机制,该机制主要涉及能量代谢、自主神经系统、氧化应激、炎症、免疫系统、内分泌系统的功能变化;并讨论多种天然植物提取物(如人参、枸杞、蓝莓、绿茶和柑橘提取物)在抗视觉疲劳和认知疲劳方面的作用和潜力。
Abstract:Dietary supplementation with specific active ingredients may be an effective strategy to alleviate cognitive fatigue caused by visual fatigue due to high-intensity eye activity. Therefore,more attention has been paid to effectively preventing the occurrence of visual fatigue and cognitive fatigue and exploring rapid recovery methods in recent years. This review clarified the mechanisms by which visual fatigue contributed to cognitive fatigue,involving energy metabolism,autonomic nervous system,oxidative stress,inflammation,immune system,and endocrine function alterations. Additionally,this review highlighted the potential of natural plant extracts,including ginseng,wolfberry,blueberry,green tea,and citrus,to alleviate visual fatigue and cognitive fatigue.
