中文摘要: 人乳脂肪对婴儿早期发育至关重要,除提供能量外,其中的脂质组分还会影响婴儿的神经发育和营养吸收,但母乳喂养不足时需人乳脂肪替代品。该文探讨人乳脂肪替代物的多样化来源、合成方法、影响因素和人乳脂肪替代物的评价方法,分析目前研究中存在的问题并提出意见,旨在为分子层次模拟人乳脂肪以满足婴儿生长发育提供理论参考。
Abstract:Human milk fat is essential for early infant development. In addition to providing energy, the lipid fraction of human milk fat affects neurodevelopment and nutrient absorption in infants, but human milk fat substitutes are needed when breastfeeding is insufficient. This paper discussed the diverse sources, synthesis methods, influencing factors, and evaluation methods of human milk fat substitutes, analyzed the problems in the current research, and provided opinions, aiming to provide theoretical references for the simulation of human milk fat at the molecular level to ensure the growth and development of infants.
