中文摘要: 紫贻贝因其滤食习性易受重金属污染,影响其食用安全。该研究以紫贻贝为对象,探索不同依地酸二钠钙(EDTA-CaNa2)、硒化卡拉胶、卡拉胶寡糖及亚硒酸钠添加量制备的复合处理剂对重金属镉(Cd2+)胁迫下暂养紫贻贝体内的Cd2+脱除及免疫增强效果。结果显示,20 mg/L EDTA-CaNa2、40 mg/L 硒化卡拉胶、40 mg/L 卡拉胶寡糖和1.0 mg/L亚硒酸钠复配得到的复合处理剂,相比对照组可以显著提高紫贻贝内脏团与血淋巴中超氧化物歧化酶、酸性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶和溶菌酶活力,降低紫贻贝体内重金属Cd2+含量。该复合处理剂可作为紫贻贝暂养添加物,提升暂养紫贻贝生理活力,有效提高紫贻贝抗病抗逆能力,保证紫贻贝食用安全。
Abstract:Mytilus edulis are susceptible to heavy metal contamination due to their filter-feeding habits, which affects their food safety for consumers. This research used Mytilus edulis as the research object and EDTACaNa2, selenide carrageenan, carrageenan oligosaccharides, and sodium selenite with different concentrations as composite treatment agent to explore the removal effect of heavy metal cadmium (Cd2+) and immune enhancement effect in temporarily raised Mytilus edulis under Cd2+ stress. The results showed that 20 mg/L EDTA-CaNa2, 40 mg/L selenide carrageenan, 40 mg/L carrageenan oligosaccharides, and 1.0 mg/L sodium selenite could be combined as a composite treatment agent. Compared with the control group, it could significantly increase the activities of superoxide dismutase, acid phosphatase, catalase, and lysozyme in both visceral mass and hemolymph of Mytilus edulis, reduce the content of Cd2+ in Mytilus edulis. This composite treatment agent can be used as a temporary additive to cultured Mytilus edulis to enhance the physiological activity of Mytilus edulis, effectively improve their resistance to disease and stress, and ensure food safety.
