中文摘要: 该研究对贵州黔西南州布依族苗族地区的10 种常见类茶植物进行蛋白质、氨基酸、多酚、类黄酮及多糖等营养成分进行测定,并对其体外抗氧化活性进行分析评价。结果表明:野茼蒿中总氨基酸含量(22.30 g/100 g)远高于其他类茶植物;缫丝花含有较高的总多糖(124.54 mg/g)、芦丁(1 892.44 μg/g)、表儿茶素(869.93 μg/g);蒲公英中总酚(34.15 mg/g)和总黄酮(19.22 mg/g)含量较高;苣荬菜具有较强的DPPH 及ABTS+自由基清除能力,分别为72.11%和66.85%;车前表现出较显著的Fe2+还原能力(10.02 μmol FeSO4/g);黄鹌菜中绿原酸和对香豆酸含量相对较高,分别为812.91 μg/g 和2 046.10 μg/g;马鞭草中阿魏酸含量(1 062.53 μg/g)最高。
Abstract:This article detected the nutritional components,including proteins,amino acids,polyphenols,flavonoids,and polysaccharides,of 10 common non-Camellia tea plants in the Bouyei and Miao ethnic regions of Southwest Guizhou Autonomous Prefecture and evaluated their in vitro antioxidant activities. The results revealed that Crassocephalum crepidioides had significantly higher amino acid content(22.30 g/100 g)compared to other non-Camellia tea plants.The contents of total polysaccharides(124.54 mg/g),rutin(1 892.44 μg/g),and epicatechin(869.93 μg/g)were higher in Rosa roxburghii. Taraxacum mongolicum contained higher total phenols(34.15 mg/g)and total flavonoids(19.22 mg/g)when compared to other non-Camellia tea plants.Sonchus wightianus demonstrated robust DPPH and ABTS+ radical scavenging abilities at 72.11% and 66.85%,respectively,while Plantago asiatica showcased more significant Fe2+ reducing capabilities(10.02 μmol FeSO4/g). Youngia japonica exhibited relatively higher levels of chlorogenic and p-coumaric acids at 812.91 μg/g and 2 046.10 μg/g,respectively.Moreover,Verbena officinalis contained the highest content of ferulic acid at 1 062.53 μg/g.
