中文摘要: 肠道菌群是人体的一个复杂生态系统,与人体健康密切相关,在多个方面发挥重要作用。抗生素滥用不仅会抑制致病菌,还可能破坏正常的益生菌群。为解决抗生素对肠道菌群的不良影响,该文用低、中、高剂量(1×106、1×107、1×108 CFU/只)复合乳酸菌(嗜酸乳杆菌LA-06、动物双歧杆菌乳亚种XLTG11、干酪乳酪杆菌Glory LC18 和鼠李糖乳酪杆菌Glory LG12)处理抗生素干扰的小鼠模型,并测量小鼠体质量、病理变化、肠道屏障、肠道通透性、短链脂肪酸浓度。研究发现复合乳酸菌可以有效地提升小鼠体质量,促进有益菌群生长,维持肠道组织完整性,增强肠道屏障功能,降低肠道屏障通透性。结果表明,复合乳酸菌有极好的益生功能,能够显著改善抗生素导致的小鼠腹泻,且呈剂量依赖性。
Abstract:Intestinal flora is a complex ecosystem in the human body closely related to human health. It plays an important role in various aspects. Overuse of antibiotics not only inhibits pathogenic bacteria but also may disrupt the normal probiotics population. To address the adverse effects of antibiotics on the gut microbiota,this study,treated an antibiotic-interference mouse model with low,medium,and high doses(1×106,1×107,1×108 CFU/mouse)of a compound lactic acid bacterium(Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-06,Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis XLTG11,Lacticaseibacillus casei Glory LC18,and Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus Glory LG12).This study measured changes in mouse body weight,pathological structure,intestinal barrier,intestinal permeability,and short-chain fatty acids. The results showed that the compound lactic acid bacteria effectively increased the body weight of mice,promoted the growth of beneficial bacteria,maintained the integrity of intestinal tissue,enhanced the function of intestinal barrier,and reduced the permeability of intestinal barrier. The conclusion was that the compound lactic acid bacteria have an excellent probiotic function and could significantly improve the antibiotics-induced diarrhea in mice in a dose-dependent manner.
