中文摘要: 为探究乳清蛋白与大豆蛋白复配的双蛋白对大鼠骨密度的影响,采用去除卵巢建立骨密度低下大鼠模型,分为假手术组、模型组、双蛋白组(10 g/kg)、阳性对照组(0.2 mg/kg)、碳酸钙对照组(1.3 g/kg)。连续灌胃90 d 后,处死动物分离股骨,原子吸收分光光度计测定骨钙含量,骨密度仪测定骨密度。结果表明,与假手术组比,模型组骨密度极显著降低(P<0.01),骨钙含量显著降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,双蛋白组中点骨密度显著提高(P<0.05),远心端骨密度极显著提高(P<0.01),股骨大体观察可见明显改善;阳性对照组骨密度及骨钙含量极显著提高(P<0.01);碳酸钙对照组远心端骨密度极显著提高(P<0.01)。双蛋白具有提高去卵巢大鼠骨密度的作用。
Abstract:This paper explored the effect of whey protein and soybean protein on bone mineral density in rats.The model of low bone density was prepared by removing the ovaries of rats. They were divided into sham operation group,model group,dual-protein group(10 g/kg),estradiol benzoate group(0.2 mg/kg)and calcium carbonate group(1.3 g/kg). After continuous gavage for 90 d,the rats were sacrificed and their femurs were separated. Bone calcium content was measured by atomic absorption spectrometry,and bone mineral density was measured by bone densitometer. The results showed that compared with the conditions in sham operation group,the bone mineral density and bone calcium content in the model group were decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the dual-protein group had increased midpoint bone mineral density(P<0.05),increased bone mineral density at the distal end(P<0.01),and significantly improved femurs.The bone mineral density and bone calcium content in the estradiol benzoate group were higher(P<0.01),and the bone mineral density at the distal end in the calcium carbonate group was also higher(P<0.01)than those in the model group.Dual-protein had the effect of increasing bone mineral density in ovariectomized rats.
