中文摘要: 为探讨秀珍菇粉营养功能,将40 只C57BL/6 小鼠随机分为正常对照组(normal control,NC)、秀珍菇低(GPL)、中(GPM)、高(GPH)剂量组,灌胃40 d。结果表明:GPM、GPH 组血清谷氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)活性、尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)和肌酐(creatinine,Crea)含量较NC 组显著降低。与NC 组相比,各实验组血清和肾丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量明显降低;GPM、GPH 组血清超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性和肝过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)活性显著升高(P<0.05)。各实验组血清和肾的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活性较正常对照组均明显上升。各实验组胸腺指数和GPH 组T 淋巴细胞刺激指数显著高于NC 组。灌胃秀珍菇还可上调小鼠肠道厚壁菌门菌群丰度,增加菌群物种数及Alpha 和Beta 多样性。综上所述,秀珍菇粉可改善肠道微生态环境,进而增强小鼠抗氧化和免疫功能。
Abstract:The nutritious function of Pleurotus geesteranus powder(GP)was studied.Forty C57BL/6 mice were randomized into four groups:normal control(NC)and low,medium-,and high-dose GP(GPL,GPM,and GPH,respectively).The mice in the GP groups were administrated with corresponding doses of GP by gavage for 40 d.The results showed that compared with the NC group,the GPM and GPH groups showed lowered serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and serum creatinine(Crea).The three doses of GP lowered the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the serum and kidney compared with the NC group.The GPM and GPH groups showed higher levels of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and live catalase(CAT)than NC group(P<0.05).Furthermore,compared with the normal control,the GP groups exhibited enhanced glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity in the serum and kidney and increased thymus index.The GPH group had higher T lymphocyte stimulation index than the NC group.In addition,GP increased the relative abundance of Firmicutes,the number of OTUs,and the Alpha and Beta diversity of intestinal flora.In conclusion,GP could improve the intestinal flora and enhance the antioxidant activity and immunity in mice.
