Abstract:Eurotium cristataum is the main strain of "Jinhua" in Fuzhuan brick tea，and also an important fac?tor affecting the quality of Fuzhuan brick tea.The secondary metabolites of E.cristataum mainly include benz?aldehyde，anthraquinones，indole diketopiperazine alkaloids and other compounds，which are promising for functional food development because of their anti?inflammatory，anti?tumor，immune system?modulating，and other biological activities.This paper reviewed the identification，secondary metabolite species，biological ac?tivity and application prospect of E.cristataum in recent years，aiming to facilitate the in?depth research of the strain and its secondary metabolites.
