中文摘要: 大量研究表明多种食品成分可以对抑郁症这一情绪障碍疾病实现正向调节。该文主要综述迄今为止研究积累较多的维生素、不饱和脂肪酸、膳食纤维及其他种类对于心理健康问题可实现正向干预的研究,同时介绍各种食物组分对于抑郁症可能的作用机制以及干预这一精神疾病的主要途径,以期为开发调节抑郁症的新型食源性组分干预方案或产品提供参考。
Abstract:Numerous studies have shown that various food ingredients (components)can exert positive regulation on mood disorders,such as depression.This article mainly reviews the research,accumulated to date,on vitamins,unsaturated fatty acids,dietary fiber,and other types of substances that can positively intervene in mental health issues.It also introduces the potential mechanisms by which various food components may impact depression and the main approaches for intervening in this mental disorder.The aim of this review is to provide a reference for the development of novel food-based component intervention strategies or products to modulate depression.
