中文摘要: 聚氨酯泡沫因具有良好的保温、缓冲、化学稳定等性能,在包装、医药、吸声、阻燃等领域有广泛应用。聚氨酯泡沫是由石油基多元醇与异氰酸酯反应而得,对环境污染严重。植物油、木质素、淀粉等生物基材料改性后可替代石油基多元醇制备聚氨酯泡沫,是一种绿色可再生材料。该文综述生物基多元醇的种类、改性方法及应用,展望生物基聚氨酯泡沫材料在食品包装领域的应用前景,旨在为生物基聚氨酯泡沫在食品包装方向的应用提供参考。
Abstract:Polyurethane foam is widely used in the fields of packaging,medicine,sound absorption,and flame retardant because of its good thermal insulation,cushioning,and chemical stability.Polyurethane foam is obtained by the reaction of petroleum-based polyol and isocyanate,which causes serious environmental pollution.Bio-based materials such as vegetable oil,lignin,and starch can replace petroleum-based polyols by modification to prepare polyurethane foam,which are green and renewable.This paper reviewed the types,modification methods,and applications of bio-based polyols,and looked forward to the application prospects of bio-based materials for polyurethane foam in the field of food packaging,aiming to provide reference for the application of bio-based polyurethane foam in food packaging.
