三产地百香果皮酚类成分及其抗氧化活性

中文摘要: 本研究选取四川、广西和福建3 个产地百香果皮为原料,探究其酚类成分与抗氧化活性差异。结果显示:三产地百香果皮总酚含量较高,分别为(20.51±0.56)、(20.15±2.20)、(15.89±0.57)mg GAE/g DW;从四川百香果皮中共鉴定出7 种酚类化合物,福建5 种,广西4 种,其中四川样品含有2 种特有多酚类化合物:鞣花酸和芥子酸-O-己糖。四川和广西百香果皮芦丁含量较高,分别为(9.01±1.05)、(8.35±0.84)μg RT/g DW,四川百香果皮荭草素和牡荆素含量分别为(0.79±0.05)μg OR/g DW 和(0.16±0.01)μg VI/g DW,福建和广西百香果皮荭草素、牡荆素含量差异不显著。三产地百香果皮抗氧化活性有一定差异,由高到低依次为四川>广西>福建。相关性分析显示,百香果皮总酚含量及芦丁含量与抗氧化能力呈极显著相关。综上,三产地百香果皮是酚类化合物的优质来源,但不同产地的百香果皮酚类成分与抗氧化活性存在产地差异,后续可按需开发不同产地百香果皮以实现精准利用。
Abstract:This research explored the differences in phenolic components and antioxidant activities of Passiflora edulis Sims peel from Sichuan,Guangxi and Fujian,China.The results showed that the total phenolic content in P.edulis Sims peel from three producing areas was(20.51±0.56),(20.15±2.20),and(15.89±0.57)mg GAE/g DW,respectively.Seven phenolic compounds were identified from Sichuan,5 from Fujian and 4 from Guangxi,and the sample from Sichuan contained two unique polyphenols: ellagic acid and sinapic acid-O-hexose,which were different from the other two areas.The rutin content in P.edulis Sims peel from Sichuan and Guangxi was(9.01±1.05)and (8.35±0.84)μg RT/g DW,respectively.The orientin and vitexin contents in P.edulis Sims peel from Sichuan were(0.79±0.05)μg OR/g DW and(0.16±0.01)μg VI/g DW,repextively,and there was no significant difference in orientin and vitexin contents between Fujian and Guangxi.Some differences were observed in the antioxidant activities of the P.edulis Sims peel among the three areas,and the antioxidant activity from high to low was Sichuan > Guangxi > Fujian.Correlation analysis indicated that the total phenolic content and rutin content in P.edulis Sims peel were significantly correlated with the antioxidant activities.Taken together,P.edulis Sims peel was a high quality source of phenolic compounds,but the phenolic compounds and antioxidant activities were different in the three producing areas.In the future,P.edulis Sims peel from different producing areas can be developed as needed to achieve precise utilization.
