超临界CO2萃取竹叶花椒挥发油的工艺优化

中文摘要: 该研究使用超临界CO2 萃取技术提取竹叶花椒挥发油,通过单因素试验,选择萃取时间、萃取温度、萃取压力为主要影响因素,采用Box-Behnken 响应面法,以竹叶花椒挥发油提取率为响应指标,建立超临界CO2萃取竹叶花椒挥发油的响应面模型,结合实际情况进行调整,获得最佳工艺条件。结果表明:在萃取时间80 min、萃取温度50.5 ℃、萃取压力25.5 MPa、分离釜Ⅰ压力6 MPa、温度45 ℃的条件下挥发油提取率为14.25%,与预测结果相符。
Abstract:The supercritical CO2 extraction technology was used to extract the volatile oil of Zanthoxylum armatum DC..The extraction time,temperature,and pressure were selected as the main influencing factors by the single factor tests and optimized by the Box-Behnken design-response surface method with the extraction rate of the volatile oil as the indicator.The optimal extraction conditions were determined considering the actual conditions.The results showed that the extraction rate of volatile oil was 14.25% when the extraction was carried out at extraction temperature of 50.5 ℃the extraction pressure of 25.5 MPa,the separation I pressure of 6 MPa,and temperature of 45 ℃for 80 min,which was consistent with the predicted results.
