中文摘要: 采用单因素试验结合响应面法优化构树花多糖的最佳提取工艺参数,并以ABTS+自由基、羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基清除率为考察指标,研究构树花多糖的体外抗氧化活性。结果表明,提取构树花多糖的最佳工艺参数为料液比1 ∶43(g/mL),超声功率105 W,提取温度68 ℃,提取时间65 min,在该条件下,构树花多糖得率为6.66%。体外抗氧化试验结果表明,构树花多糖可清除ABTS+自由基、羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基,在一定浓度范围内,构树花多糖浓度越高,抗氧化能力越强。
Abstract:The single factor test was combined with response surface methodology to optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides from Broussonetia papyrifera flowers.The ABTS+,hydroxyl,and superoxide anion radical scavenging activities were determined to measure the antioxidant activity of the extracted polysaccharides.The results showed that the yield of polysaccharides extracted from B.papyrifera flowers could reach 6.66% at the optimal extraction conditions:solid-to-liquid ratio of 1 ∶43(g/mL),ultrasonic power of 105 W,extraction temperature of 68 ℃,and extraction time of 65 min.The polysaccharides from B.papyrifera flowers had strong scavenging ability against ABTS+,hydroxyl,and superoxide anion radicals.The antioxidant activity from B.papyrifera flowers increased in a concentration-dependent manner within a certain concentration range.
