中文摘要: 沙门氏菌是常见的食源性病原菌之一,可能诱发肠炎和全身感染,严重危害人体的健康。食品中沙门氏菌的快速检测和相关疾病的有效防治是研究的重点方向之一。核酸适配体能够特异性结合沙门氏菌,能够作为识别元件辅助检测,也可作为靶向工具提高杀菌药物的递送效率;同时,适配体还可与沙门氏菌的活性结构结合,抑制其生物活性,降低对人体的危害,在沙门氏菌的检测和防治方面均显示出了巨大的潜力。该文对特异性识别沙门氏菌的适配体序列及筛选方法进行全面汇总,简要总结以适配体为识别元件的生物传感器在沙门氏菌快速检测中的应用,总结沙门氏菌适配体的抑菌机制及其在抑菌中的应用,旨在为抗菌适配体的进一步应用研究提供有益的参考。
Abstract:Salmonella,a common group of foodborne pathogenic bacteria,induces enteritis and systemic infection,seriously endangering human health.The priorities of research on Salmonella include quick detection of the bacteria and prevention of the related diseases.Being able to bind to specific targets,the nucleic acid aptamers of Salmonella can be used as recognition elements to assist detection or as targeting tools to improve the delivery efficiency of bactericidal drugs.In addition,aptamers can bind to the active structure to inhibit the biological activity and reduce the risk of Salmonella to human health,demonstrating great potential in both the detection and control of Salmonella.The sequences and screening methods of Salmonella aptamers,the application of the biosensors with aptamers as recognition elements in the rapid detection of Salmonella,and the antibacterial mechanisms and therapies of Salmonella aptamers were summarized,with a view to providing references for further research and application of antibacterial aptamers.
