中文摘要: 以河北产食叶草为研究对象,系统分析食叶草中矿物质、多糖、粗纤维、蛋白质、氨基酸、多酚和黄酮的含量,及对高尿酸SD 大鼠尿酸水平干预的效果。结果显示,食叶草干物质中蛋白质(32.5%)、多糖(11.00 mg/g)、多酚(5.11 mg/g)、黄酮(18.30 mg/g)、钾、钙、镁等营养物质含量丰富,氨基酸含量丰富且模式优良。食叶草高蛋白属性并未加重高尿酸模型大鼠尿酸水平。
Abstract:Taking Rumex hanus by produced in Hebei as the research object,a systematic analysis was conducted on the content of minerals,polysaccharides,crude fiber,proteins,amino acids,polyphenols,and flavonoids in the vegetables.The effects of the intervention on uric acid levels in high uric acid SD rats were also analyzed.The results showed that the dry matter of the R.hanus by was rich in proteins(32.5%),polysaccharides(11.00 mg/g),polyphenols(5.11 mg/g),flavonoids(18.30 mg/g),potassium,calcium,magnesium,and other nutrients. The amino acid content was also abundant and the pattern was excellent. The high protein content of the R.hanus by did not exacerbate the uric acid levels in the model rats with high uric acid.
