中文摘要: 原花青素通常存在于花生、葡萄等天然植物中,是黄烷醇的聚合形式,因其优异的抗氧化、抗癌、抗炎症、抗过敏等生物活性而广泛应用于高血糖、炎症、过敏、高尿酸等多种疾病的治疗中,对阿尔茨海默症的治疗也有巨大潜力。该文对原花青素的主要生理功能和现有的分析鉴定方法进行详细介绍。
Abstract:Procyanidins usually exist in natural plants such as peanuts and grapes,and are the polymerized form of flavanols. Because of their excellent antioxidant capacity,as well as anti-cancer,anti-inflammation,antiallergy and other biological activities,procyanidins are widely used in the treatment of many diseases to decrease hyperglycemia,inflammation,allergy,hyperuricemia.They also have great potential in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.In this paper,the main physiological functions and efficacy of procyanidins and the existing analysis and identification methods were introduced in detail.
