不同贮藏温度下白兰瓜蔗糖代谢途径中相关酶表达量分析

中文摘要: 为了解不同温度贮藏对白兰瓜蔗糖代谢途径中相关酶表达量的影响,在不同温度梯度下(0、4、8、10、15、20、25、30、35、40℃)贮藏24 h,测定代谢途径中的相关酶表达量。结果表明,低温贮藏抑制白兰瓜蔗糖代谢途径中相关酶表达量的升高,其中,0℃的贮藏条件抑制丙酮酸激酶、磷酸果糖激酶等酶表达量的升高,4℃贮藏抑制己糖激酶、磷酸丙糖异构酶等酶表达量升高,8、10℃贮藏抑制α-酮戊二酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、磷酸丙糖异构酶、醛缩酶等酶表达量的升高,低温贮藏可以有效控制白兰瓜蔗糖代谢处于最低水平,维持果实品质,延长贮藏期。
Abstract:The aim of this study was to understand the effect of different storage temperatures on enzymes related to the sucrose metabolic pathway of honeydew melon.The activities of enzymes related to the metabolic pathway were measured after storage at different temperatures(0,4,8,10,15,20,25,30,35℃ and 40℃)for 24 h.The results showed that low-temperature storage inhibited the increase in the activity of enzymes related to the sucrose metabolic pathway of honeydew melon.Storage at 0℃inhibited the increase in pyruvate kinase and phosphofructokinase activity,and storage at 4℃ inhibited the increase in hexokinase activity.The activity of enzymes such as triose phosphate isomerase increased and storage at 8℃and 10℃inhibited the increase in α-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase,lactate dehydrogenase,triose phosphate isomerase,and aldolase activities.Under low temperature storage conditions,the sucrose metabolism of honeydew melon was effectively controlled,the fruit quality was maintained,and the storage period was prolonged.
