中文摘要: 以废弃贝壳制得贝壳粉作为钙源,采用水体系合成法同时制备L-组氨酸和L-精氨酸复合氨基酸螯合钙,以螯合率为指标,设计单因素试验与正交试验,考察复合氨基酸与贝壳粉的摩尔比、pH值、反应温度、反应时间等因素对螯合率的影响。结果显示最佳螯合条件:复合氨基酸-贝壳粉摩尔比为1∶1,反应时间为60 min,反应温度为50℃,溶液pH值为9,在此条件下得到的复合氨基酸螯合钙螯合率最高。为废弃贝壳粉的高附加值利用和复合氨基酸螯合钙的制备工艺提供新思路。
Abstract:With the shell powder earned from waste shells as a calcium source,compound amino acids chelated calcium consisting of L-histidine and L-arginine were simultaneously prepared by the synthesis method in a watery solution.Using the chelation rate as a sign,single-factor and orthogonal experiments were designed to explore the effects of the molar ratio of compound amino acids to shell powder,pH,temperature,time,and others on the chelation rate.The results showed the ideal chelation conditions were as follows:the compound amino acids-shell powder molar ratio of 1∶1,the reaction time of 60 min,the reaction temperature of 50 ℃,and the solution pH of 9.Under these conditions,the compound amino acids chelated calcium showed the highest chelation rate.This study provides a new idea for the high use of waste shell powder and the preparation technology of compound amino acids chelated calcium.
