中文摘要: 生菜营养价值极高,采后仍进行呼吸和生理代谢,有机物不断消耗,机械损伤、有害微生物侵染等因素影响生菜贮藏期(货架期)的品质和商品价值。该文综述生菜生物学特性,国内外生菜采后物流保鲜的气调保鲜小包装和保鲜膜结合保鲜剂的应用现状以及气调小包装技术在生菜物流保鲜方面的研究进展,以期为生菜冷链物流保鲜技术的推广应用和生产实践提供参考。
Abstract:Lettuce has high nutritional value,and it carries out respiration and physiological metabolism after harvest,leading to organic matter consumption,mechanical damage,and harmful microbial infections,which affect the quality and commodity value during storage(shelf life).This paper summarized the biological characteristics of lettuce,the application status of modified atmosphere packaging and fresh-keeping film combined with preservatives for postharvest logistics fresh-keeping of lettuce at home and abroad,as well as the research progress of modified atmosphere packaging technology in lettuce logistics fresh-keeping,to provide references for the promotion,application,and production of cold chain logistics fresh-keeping technology in lettuce.
