中文摘要: 骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)是一种多功能的细胞外基质蛋白,在多种组织和细胞中表达,参与人体重要的生理功能。肠上皮细胞和肠道中活化免疫细胞表达的OPN,能够通过抑制细胞凋亡以及促进Th1 免疫应答和介导细胞存活的方式影响肠道相关炎症疾病的发生和发展。另外,OPN 在健康肠道中具有调节肠道菌群平衡和维持肠屏障功能稳定的作用。该文综述OPN 在肠道炎症、肠道稳态和婴幼儿发育的影响和机制,探讨其在食品研究领域的应用前景。
Abstract:Osteopontin(OPN),a multi-functional extracellular matrix protein expressed in a variety of tissues and cells,is involved in important physiological functions in the human body. The OPN expressed by intestinal epithelial cells and activated immune cells in the gut can influence the development and progression of gutassociated inflammatory diseases by inhibiting apoptosis,promoting Th1 immune response,and mediating cell survival.In addition,OPN plays a role in regulating the balance of gut microbiota and maintaining the stability of gut barrier. The roles of OPN in gut inflammation,gut homeostasis,and infant development were reviewed,and the application of OPN in food research was prospected.
