新疆8种蔷薇果中可溶性糖组分含量的特征分析

中文摘要: 采用苯酚-硫酸比色法和高效液相-示差折光检测器(high performance liquid chromatography-differential refractive index detector,HPLC-RID)测定新疆8种蔷薇果中的总多糖和4种单糖(果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖和麦芽糖)含量。结果显示,8种蔷薇果中总多糖和4种单糖组分含量差异明显,其中宽刺蔷薇(S2)和毛叶蔷薇(S4)总多糖含量明显高于其它样品,分别为313.64、317.66 mg/g;波斯单叶蔷薇(S3)中4种单糖含量明显高于其它样品,其所含果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖和麦芽糖含量分别为75.85、57.72、20.84、2.67 mg/g。以蔷薇果中总多糖、果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖和麦芽糖的含量为变量进行主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)和聚类分析(cluster analysis,CA),8种蔷薇果可划分为3类,主成分分析综合得分为波斯单叶蔷薇>宽刺蔷薇>密刺蔷薇>疏花蔷薇>毛叶蔷薇>喀什蔷薇>弯刺蔷薇>托木尔蔷薇(S3>S2>S5>S6>S4>S1>S7>S8),表明波斯单叶蔷薇果的综合评价最好,其次为宽刺蔷薇、密刺蔷薇和疏花蔷薇,可作为后续研究开发品种。
Abstract:The contents of total polysaccharides and four reducing sugars(fructose,glucose,sucrose and maltose)in eight species of Rosa fruits from Xinjiang were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetric method and high performance liquid chromatography-differential refractive index detector(HPLC-RID).The results showed that the content of total polysaccharides and the four monosaccharide fractions in the eight Rosa fruits varied significantly,among which the content of total polysaccharides in Rosa platyacantha Schrenk.(S2)and Rosa laxa Rtez.var.mollis Yü et Ku.(S4)were 313.64 mg/g and 317.66 mg/g,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the other samples.The content of four monosaccharides in Rosa persica Mickx ex Juss.(S3)was markedly higher than that in the other samples,which contained 75.85,57.72,20.84 mg/g and 2.67 mg/g of fructose,glucose,sucrose and maltose,respectively.Principal component analysis(PCA)and cluster analysis(CA)were performed with the contents of total polysaccharides,fructose,glucose,sucrose and maltose in Rosa fruits as variables,and the comprehensive score of PCA was Rosa persica Mickx ex Juss.(S3)>Rosa platyacantha Schrenk.(S2)>Rosa spinosissima L.(S5)Rosa laxa Rtez.(S6)>Rosa laxa Rtez.var.mollis Yü et Ku.(S4)>Rosa laxa Rtez.var.kaschgarica(Rupr.)Y.L.Han.(S1)>Rosa beggeriana Schrenk.(S7)>Rosa laxa Rtez.var.tomurensis S.H.Liou.(S8),and the eight Rosa fruits could be classified into three categories.These results indicated that Rosa persica Mickx ex Juss.had the best overall evaluation,followed by Rosa platyacantha Schrenk.,Rosa spinosissima L.and Rosa laxa Rtez,which could be used as the varieties for subsequent research and development.
