中文摘要: 以血糖值为指标,采用四氧嘧啶和葡萄糖联用浸泡的方法建立斑马鱼高血糖模型,探究新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮体内降血糖活性。结果表明:0.050 mmol/L四氧嘧啶+4%葡萄糖浸泡16 h后成功建立斑马鱼高血糖模型,模型组血糖值(5.6 mmol/L)极显著高于空白组(2.3 mmol/L)(P<0.005);0.100 mg/mL新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮干预16 h后能显著降低高血糖斑马鱼血糖、葡萄糖、甘油三酯、胆固醇水平(P<0.05),增加组织糖原含量,表明新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮具有一定的体内降血糖活性。
Abstract:Taking blood glucose level as the index,the zebrafish model of diabetes was induced by the method of alloxan and glucose immersion,and the hypoglycemic activity of neohesperidin dihydrochalcone in vivo was investigated.The results showed that the zebrafish model of acute hyperglycemia was successfully established by soaking 0.050mmol/Lalloxan+4% glucose for 16h.The blood glucose level of the model group(5.6 mmol/L)was higher than that of the blank group(2.3 mmol/L)(P<0.005).After 0.100 mg/mL neohesperidin dihydrochalcone intervention for 16 h,the levels of blood glucose,glucose,triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC)were decreased(P<0.05),and the glycogen content in the tissues was increased,which proved that neohesper-idin dihydrochalcone had a certain hypoglycemic activity in vivo.
