中文摘要: 该文对黑曲霉AnM1摇瓶发酵产葡萄糖酸及利用黑曲霉AnM1纯化低聚异麦芽糖进行研究。根据葡萄糖酸生产强度和得率确定黑曲霉AnM1摇瓶发酵培养基。发酵后收集的黑曲霉AnM1菌体可重复利用产葡萄糖酸,重复利用3次后葡萄糖酸的生产强度仍在7 g/(L·h)以上,得率为1.02 g/g葡萄糖。利用黑曲霉AnM1菌体氧化低聚异麦芽糖反应液中的葡萄糖,可将低聚异麦芽糖含量提高至总糖量的90%以上,其中有效三糖(异麦芽糖、潘糖、异麦芽三糖)含量占总糖的60%以上。黑曲霉AnM1具有较好的葡萄糖酸生产能力,菌体可用于纯化低聚异麦芽糖并能重复使用,在葡萄糖酸和低聚异麦芽糖生产方面具有很好的应用前景。
Abstract:This paper studied the production of gluconic acid fermented by Aspergillus niger AnM1 in shake flasks and the purification of isomaltooligosaccharides by A.niger AnM1.The shaking flask fermentation medium of A.niger AnM1 was determined according to the productivity and yield of gluconic acid.The A.niger AnM1 mycelia collected after gluconic acid fermentation were recycled for gluconic acid production.The productivity of gluconic acid was above 7 g/(L·h),and the yield of gluconic acid was 1.02 g/g of glucose when the mycelia were recycled 3 times.The A.niger AnM1 mycelia were used for oxidizing the glucose in the isomaltooligosaccharide reaction mixture,thus enhancing the content of isomaltooligosaccharides to more than 90%,and the content of isomaltose,panose,and isomaltotriose accounted for more than 60% of the total sugar.A.niger AnM1 had a good gluconic acid production capacity,and the mycelia can be used to purify isomaltooligosaccharides with good reusability.Therefore,A.niger AnM1 had a good application foreground in the production of gluconic acid and isomaltooligosaccharides.
