中文摘要: 近年来,以褐藻寡糖和果胶寡糖为代表的功能性低聚糖因其具有多种生物活性而成为医药、食品领域备受关注的热点。褐藻寡糖是经褐藻胶降解得到的低聚糖,果胶寡糖是经果胶降解得到的低聚糖,两者在生理活性方面具有相似之处。该文以褐藻寡糖和果胶寡糖为例,汇总近年来有关这两种寡糖的分子结构、生物活性以及生物制造方法的研究进展,并对未来的发展方向进行展望。
Abstract:In recent years,functional oligosaccharides which were represented by alginate oligosaccharides(AOS)and pectin oligosaccharides(POS),have attracted much attention in the field of medicine and food due to their various biological activities.AOS and POS have common physiological activities,whereas the composition of these oligosaccharides were different.AOS are oligosaccharides degraded by algin,while POS are oligosaccharides degraded by pectin.This research summarized the current research progress of those two oligosaccharides in terms of their molecular structures,biological activities and biomanufacturing methods.At last,we provided an outlook on their future development directions.
