中文摘要: 栀子是我国卫生部首批公布的药食两用资源,具有广泛的用途和开发利用价值。多糖作为栀子的主要有效成分之一,具有复杂的化学结构和多种生物功能,包括抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、免疫等作用。该文主要从栀子多糖的制备方法、化学结构、生物活性等方面进行综述,详细介绍栀子多糖的研究现状,为后续进一步研究提供理论参考。

Abstract:The fruit of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis is among the first batch of resources that can be used as both medicine and food released by National Health Commission of China.It is widely applied and can be further developed.Polysaccharides,as one of the main effective components of G.jasminoides fruit,possess complex chemical structure and diverse biological functions,such as anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor and immunization.This study reviewed the preparation methods,chemical structure and bioactivity of polysaccharides from G.jasminoides fruit and summarized the research on the polysaccharides,which is expected to provide a theoretical reference for further research.
