中文摘要: 该文合成并表征4种具有Br?nsted-Lewis酸位点的吡咯烷酮鎓类离子液体,并以合成的离子液体为催化剂催化合成水杨酸正丁酯,利用响应面法优化得到最佳合成工艺。结果表明,最优条件为反应时间3 h、反应温度90℃、水杨酸与正丁醇摩尔质量比1∶3,以[C3SO3H-Hnmp]HSO4为催化剂,酯化率高达88.4%,且催化剂循环使用8次,仍未观察到明显的活性下降。
Abstract:Four pyrrolidinium ionic liquids with Br?nsted-Lewis acid sites were synthesized and characterized.The synthesized ionic liquids were used as catalysts to prepare n-butyl salicylate.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:time for 3 h,temperature at 90℃,and molar ratio of acid to alcohol of 1∶3.With[C3SO3H-Hnmp]HSO4as catalyst,the esterification rate was as high as 88.6%,and no obvious decrease in activity was observed when the catalyst was recycled for eight times.
