中文摘要: 该研究利用枯草芽孢杆菌对虾头进行发酵转化,探究枯草芽孢杆菌固态发酵虾头制剂对小鼠生长指标和肠道菌群的影响。将小鼠分为维持饲料对照组(NC)、维持饲料+0.1%未发酵虾头对照组(MC)和维持饲料+0.1%发酵虾头制剂干预组(MH),进行8周饲喂实验。实验结果显示,未发酵与发酵虾头均具有诱食性,MC组与NC组相比体脂率增加,而MH组较NC组体脂率则显著降低62.9%,同时MH组脾脏指数也显著提高35.7%;与NC组相比,MC、MH组肠道菌群中罗伊氏乳杆菌(Lactobacillus reuteri)、约氏乳杆菌(Lactobacillus johnsonii)等有益微生物相对丰度增加,且MH组的益生效果更好。结果分析表明,虾头具有诱食性,直接饲喂未发酵虾头会增加小鼠的体脂率,但饲喂枯草芽孢杆菌发酵虾头制剂则可显著降低小鼠的体脂率,同时维持日粮中添加0.1%发酵虾头制剂具有增加小鼠肠道内乳酸菌等有益微生物相对丰度和提高小鼠免疫力的效果。
Abstract:Bacillus subtilis was used for fermentation of shrimp heads,and the effects of B.subtilis solid-state fermented shrimp head inoculant on the growth indexes and intestinal microflora of mice were investigated.Mice were randomly assigned into maintenance diet control group(NC),maintenance diet+0.1% unfermented shrimp head group(MC),and maintenance diet+0.1% fermented shrimp head inoculant group(MH).The feeding experiment lasted for 8 weeks.The results showed that both unfermented and fermented shrimp heads had food calling effect.The body fat rate of MC group was higher than that of NC group,while MH group had a body fat rate 62.9% lower than NC group(P<0.05).The spleen index of MH group increased by 35.7% compared with that of NC group(P<0.05).Compared with that of NC group,the relative abundance of beneficial microorganisms such as Lactobacillus reuteri and L.johnsonii in the intestinal flora of MC and MH groups increased,and the probiotic effect in MH group was better.The results indicated that shrimp heads induced the food intake.Direct feeding of unfermented shrimp heads would increase the body fat rate of mice,while the shrimp heads fermented with B.subtilis could significantly reduce the body fat rate.The addition of 0.1% fermented shrimp head inoculant in the diet could increase the relative abundance of beneficial microorganisms such as lactic acid bacteria in the intestine and improve the immunity of mice.
