中文摘要: 以免疫低下小鼠为模型,对燕窝饮料及游离唾液酸对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用进行研究。腹腔注射环磷酰胺制备免疫低下的小鼠模型,通过计算脾指数与胸腺指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验、血清溶血素测定、淋巴细胞转化试验及三硝基氯苯(picryl chloride,PC)诱导小鼠迟发性变态反应,观察燕窝饮料及游离唾液酸对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。试验显示,燕窝饮料B剂量组[3.67 mg/(kg·d)]、游离唾液酸C剂量组[12.50 mg/(kg·d)]及D剂量组[25.00 mg/(kg·d)]均可提高巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数,促进脾淋巴细胞增殖,显著增强小鼠免疫功能,并呈现明显剂量依赖关系。结果表明,唾液酸添加在食品和饮料中具有一定的免疫促进功能,且剂量越大,作用越明显。
Abstract:To study the regulatory effect of bird's nest drink and free sialic acid on the immune function of immunocompromised mice.The immunosuppressive mice model induce by cyclophosphamide.The regulatory effect of bird's nest drink and free sialic acid on the immune function of immunosuppressive mice was observed by calculating spleen index and thymus index,phagocytosis of chicken erythrocytes by peritoneal macrophages,determination of serum hemolysin,lymphocyte trans-formation test and delayed allergic reaction induced by picryl chloride(PC).The test results show that,group B[3.67 mg/(kg·d)],the free sialic acid C dose group[12.50 mg/(kg·d)],and the free sialic acid D dose group[25.00 mg/(kg·d)],all could increase the phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of macrophages,promote the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes,and significantly enhance the immune function of mice.Both bird's nest drink and free sialic acid had an immune promoting effect on mice,and showed a good dose-dependent relationship.
