黄皮疣柄牛肝菌多糖对小鼠通便作用及血清指标的影响

中文摘要: 以黄皮疣柄牛肝菌[Leccinellum crocipodium(Letellier.)Watiog]多糖为材料,研究其对小鼠通便作用及血清生化指标的影响。将60只雄性BALB/C小鼠随机分为5组:空白组(蒸馏水)、低聚果糖组(80 mg/kg)、黄皮疣柄牛肝菌多糖高、中、低剂量组(160、80、40 mg/kg)。连续灌胃30 d后,分别测定各组小鼠的粪便含水率、pH值、排便时间、小肠蠕动功能、结肠指数、结肠长度、血清蛋白质组分、血清脂质组分及血清葡萄糖含量。结果表明,连续灌胃不同剂量的黄皮疣柄牛肝菌多糖对小鼠体重不会产生影响,但可以使受试小鼠的粪便含水率、墨汁推进率、结肠长度、结肠指数显著提高(P<0.05),粪便pH值、排便时间显著降低(P<0.05),且呈剂量依赖性;当黄皮疣柄牛肝菌多糖浓度为160 mg/kg时,可降低小鼠血清中甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,CHOL)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)的含量。黄皮疣柄牛肝菌多糖对小鼠具有润肠通便的作用,能降低小鼠粪便pH值,促进肠道发育,并且可以促进小鼠的脂类代谢。
Abstract:The effects of Leccinellum crocipodium (Letellier.)Watliag polysaccharides(LCP)on laxative and serum biochemical indices in mice were investigated in the present study.Sixty male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into five groups:blank group (treated with distilled water),fructooligosaccharide group(treated with 80 mg/kg),high-,medium-,and low-dose LCP groups(treated with 160,80,and 40 mg/kg LCP,respectively).After continuous gavage administration for 30 d,fecal water content,fecal pH ,defecation time,small bowel motility,colon index,colon length,serum protein composition,serum lipid composition,and serum glucose content in each group of mice were measured.The results showed that continuous gavage administration of various doses of LCP did not affect the body weights of mice.However,LCP significantly increased fecal moisture content,ink advance rate ,colon index,and colon length of the tested mice(P<0.05),and significantly reduced fecal pH and defecation time in the tested mice(P<0.05)in a dose-dependent manner.Triglyceride ,total cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol contents in mice serum decreased following treatment with 160 mg/kg LCP.Therefore,LCP enhanced intestinal moisture and alleviated constipation,which could reduce fecal pH,and promote intestinal development and lipid metabolism in mice.
