来凤藤茶中二氢杨梅素的纯化工艺研究

中文摘要: 采用乙酸乙酯萃取的方式对来凤藤茶提取液预处理,利用树脂法对萃取液中的二氢杨梅素进行纯化。以二氢杨梅素纯度为指标,选用4种大孔树脂对萃取液进行静态吸附与动态吸附试验。结果表明:在静态吸附试验中,HPD-100大孔吸附树脂对萃取液中的二氢杨梅素吸附量可达到14.1 mg/g,解吸率可达到87%;在动态吸附试验中,HPD-100大孔吸附树脂通过浓度为30%的乙醇溶液洗脱,洗脱液浓缩干燥后可获得纯度在95%以上的二氢杨梅素。
Abstract:Ampelopsis grossedentata was extracted with ethyl acetate,and dihydromyricetin was purified from the extract by a resin chromatography method.Taking dihydromyricetin purity as an index,four kinds of macroporous resin were selected for static adsorption and desorption experiments.In these static adsorption experiments,the maximum dihydromyricetin adsorption capacity of macroporous HPD-100 could reach 14.1 mg/g,and the resolution rate could reach 87%.In a dynamic adsorption experiment,macroporous HPD-100 adsorption resin was eluted with a 30% ethanol solution,and dihydromyricetin with a purity of>95% could be obtained after the eluent was concentrated and dried.
