中文摘要: 猕猴桃具有丰富的营养价值,深受广大消费者的喜爱,快速、准确地检测猕猴桃果品品质至关重要。近红外光谱分析技术因具有分析快速高效、方便准确、非破坏性、无污染以及成本低等特点,已发展成为备受关注的分析技术,广泛地应用于水果分级、加工和品质评判。该文概述近几年来国内外关于近红外光谱技术在猕猴桃的硬度、可溶性固形物、酸度、损伤和微生物检测等方面的最新研究进展,分析可能存在的问题,并对近红外光谱分析技术在猕猴桃品质检测中的研究和应用进行展望。
Abstract:Kiwifruit has rich nutritional value,and is deeply loved by consumers.Fast,accurate assessment of kiwifruit quality is of critical importance.Near-infrared spectroscopy has become useful for analysis,and has attracted much attention due to its characteristics of rapidity,efficiency,convenience,accuracy of analysis,nondestructive,non-polluting nature,and low cost.It is widely used in fruit classification,processing,and quality evaluation.The latest research advances in the application of near-infrared spectroscopy technology to assessing kiwifruit hardness,soluble solid content,acidity,damage,and microbial activity were summarized in this article.Possible problems and future outlook in the application of near-infrared spectroscopy analysis technology to kiwifruit quality detection were also discussed.
