猴头菇醇提物及其不同极性部位酚类物质定量分析

中文摘要: 利用超高效液相色谱-电喷雾质谱(ultra performance liquid chromatography-electro spray ionization-mass spectrometry,UPLC-ESI-MS)对猴头菇醇提物(ethanol extract,EE)及其石油醚萃取物(petroleum ether fraction,PEF)、氯仿萃取物(chloroform fraction,CF)、乙酸乙酯萃取物(ethyl acetate fraction,EAF)和正丁醇萃取物(n-butanol fraction,NF)中的14种酚酸和12种黄酮物质进行定量分析。结果表明:猴头菇醇提物及4种有机萃取物中黄酮含量远远低于酚酸含量;不同萃取物间酚酸组成较一致,但各组分含量差异显著,而黄酮类物质的组成和含量均有明显差异。其中,苯甲酸和L-苯丙氨酸在EE、PEF、CF和NF中含量最高,反式阿魏酸和表儿茶素在EAF中含量最高。试验结果可为猴头菇酚类物质的开发利用提供理论依据。
Abstract:Quantitative analysis of 14 phenolic acids and 12 flavonoids in ethanol extract(EE),petroleum ether fraction(PEF),chloroform fraction(CF),ethyl acetate fraction(EAF),and n-butanol fraction(NF)from Hericium erinaceus was carried out by ultra performance liquid chromatography-electro spray ionization-mass spectrometry.The flavonoid content was much lower than that of phenolic acids.The phenolic acid composition of EE and its four organic extracts were consistent,but the component proportions were significantly different.With flavonoids,composition and content were both significantly different among the five extracts.Among the 26 phenolic compounds,benzoic acid and L-phenylalanine were highest in EE,PEF,CF,and NF,while trans-ferulic acid and epicatechin were highest in EAF.These results can provide a theoretical basis for further development and utilization of Hericium erinaceus phenolic compounds.
