不同拟杆菌的定殖对伪无菌小鼠血清生化指标和短链脂肪酸的影响

中文摘要: 为探究不同拟杆菌的定殖对伪无菌小鼠肠道代谢及健康的影响,通过灌胃小鼠混合抗生素剔除大部分肠道微生物建立伪无菌模型。成模后,随机分为模型组和4组拟杆菌定殖组,进行人源耐酸性较强的4组拟杆活菌的移植。通过测定脏器指数、血清生化、盲肠内容物短链脂肪酸含量等指标比较评价拟杆菌的定殖对小鼠的影响。研究表明Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron JCM 5827、Bacteroides vulgatus ATCC 8482通过灌胃方式能够达到较好的定殖效果,与模型组相比,拟杆菌组小鼠血清中总蛋白、血清白蛋白和盲肠内容物中丁酸的含量显著升高,拟杆菌在肠道中的定殖可能对菌群失调小鼠的营养吸收和肠道健康的维持有积极的作用。
Abstract:The study explored the effects of colonization by different Bacteroides strains on serum biochemical indices and short-chain fatty acids in pseudo germ-free mice.Mice were gavaged with an antibiotic mixture to eliminate the majority of intestinal microbes in order to establish a pseudo germ-free mice model.Mice were then randomly divided into the model group and four Bacteroides colonization groups.The transplantation in the four groups with human-derived viable bacteria with strong acid resistance was carried out by gavage.The effects of the Bacteroides strains on mice were evaluated by measuring organ and serum biochemical indices and determining short-chain fatty acid content.Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron JCM 5827 and Bacteroides vulgatus ATCC 8482 colonized better than the other two strains following their delivery via gavage.Compared with the model group,the Bacteroides colonization groups had significantly higher levels of serum total protein,serum albumin,and cecal butyric acid.The results indicated that colonization of the intestine by Bacteroides strains may have a positive effect on nutrient absorption and maintenance of intestinal health in mice with dysbacteriosis.
