热带红睡莲精油主要成分及其抑菌活性分析

中文摘要: 使用超临界CO2流体萃取法提取热带红睡莲精油,采用气相色谱-质谱(gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer,GC-MS)法对热带红睡莲精油组分进行分析鉴定,并且利用滤纸片琼脂扩散法测定热带红睡莲精油的抑菌活性。分析结果表明,红睡莲精油的主要成分含有41种化合物,其中烷烃、烯醛、烷酮、醇类为其主要成分,以6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮为主(8.293%)。对于6种供试细菌[2类革兰氏阴性菌(Gram negative bacteria,GNB)、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌,2类革兰氏阳性菌(Gram positive bacteria,GPB)铜绿假单胞菌与金黄色葡萄球菌,2类真菌黑曲霉、酿酒酵母],红睡莲精油均表现出一定抑制性,且对革兰氏阳性菌的抑制能力强于革兰氏阴性菌。对红睡莲精油的稳定性分析表明,热带红睡莲精油热稳定性很好,具有一定紫外稳定性及酸碱稳定性。
Abstract:The essential oil of tropical red water lily was extracted using supercritical CO2fluid extraction.The gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS)method determined the composition of the essential oil.The antibacterial activities were determined using the filter paper agar diffusion method.The results revealed the water lily essential oil contained 41 major compounds,the main components were alkanes,alkenals,alkanones and alcohols.The main component was 6,10,14-trimethyl-2-pentadecanone (8.293%).The antibacterial qualities of the essential oil were tested on six types of bacteria and resulted in inhibitory effects.The bacteria under investigation included Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli,both Gram negative bacteria(GNB),Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus,both Gram positive bacteria (GPB),and two fungi,Aspergillus niger and Saccharomyces cerevisiae.The antibacterial effect of the tropical red water lily essential oil was highest on the GPB.The tropical red water lily essential oil had good thermal stability,UV stability(within a certain range),and broad-spectrum acid-base stability.
