中文摘要: 为观察发酵黑洋葱粗多糖对2型糖尿病SD大鼠肝脏肾脏的保护效果,对大鼠腹腔注射四氧嘧啶建立实验模型,等量生理盐水腹腔注射后的大鼠作空白对照,用黑洋葱粗多糖溶液对大鼠持续灌胃4周,研究灌胃期间大鼠的血糖变化,监测大鼠生化指标。结果显示,经过对大鼠进行灌胃黑洋葱粗多糖4周后可观察到生化指标恢复正常,血糖明显下降,说明肝脏功能得以恢复。表明黑洋葱粗多糖有降血糖和降血脂功效且对2型糖尿病SD大鼠肝脏和肾脏有保护效果。
Abstract:The study observed the protective effect of fermented black onion polysaccharide on the livers and kidneys of type 2 diabetic SD rats.An experimental model was established by intraperitoneal injection of alloxan,and the rats were treated with the same amount of normal saline as the blank control.The rats were continuously administered crude black onion polysaccharide solution for four weeks,and the blood glucose and biochemical index changes were studied during the intragastric administration.Results showed that after four weeks'gavage of black onion crude polysaccharide,the biochemical indexes returned to normal,and the blood glucose decreased significantly,indicating that the liver function was restored.These results showed that black onion polysaccharide could lower blood glucose and blood lipid levels and had a protective effect on the livers and kidneys of type 2 diabetic SD rats.
